Outdoor stair lifts – the ins and outs

Outdoor stair lifts share a lot of characteristics with straight indoor stairlifts. Typically, a strong rail is attached to the stairs, rather than the wall, regardless of what it’s made of. Just like with an indoor stairlift, the arms, seat and footrest can be folded away so that others can use the stairs.
