Stannah Outdoor Stairlift
The Stannah outdoor stairlift is built to withstand the elements with no loss of performance.
Wind, rain, heat and cold – the Stannah outdoor stairlift keeps working through them all. It will continue to operate between -10 and 40 degrees, meaning you can count on it, whatever the conditions.
Stair lift features
The lift is operated by a light touch joystick, which can be placed on either arm for maximum comfort and a swivel seat makes getting on and off the lift, easy and safe. A seat belt keeps passengers secure when using the stair lift and safety sensors stop the stair lift should it detect anything in its path and a key switch can be used to disable the lift when not in use.
The seat, padded arms and foot rest all fold away to save space and keep the stairs clear for other users. A protective cover keeps the stair lift dry and protected from the weather when you don’t need it.
Due to the additional strain which an outdoor stair lift has to endure, the rail for the lift can only be fitted into stair cases made of metal, concrete or wood. The rail still has a slim-line design despite its extra strength and takes up very little room on the stairs.
The outdoor stair lift is powered by a battery that recharges itself. This independent power means you can still get up and down your stairs during a power cut.
Warranty and Service
The outdoor stair lift model is covered by Stannah’s two year warranty. You also receive two free services during this warranty period. If your stair lift does breakdown you can call on Stannah’s nationwide team of engineers who are available 24 hours day, everyday of the year.
