Maintenance and repair
UK Stairlifts uses a network of stairlift professionals to maintain and repair the stairlifts we sell.
Each of the manufacturers and specialist companies we work with, employ professional teams of engineers who will undertake any repairs and maintenance required.
Most stairlift models come with a 12 month parts and labour warranty, but some manufacturers offer longer. If your lift requires a repair during this period due to a mechanical failure, the manufacturer or supplier will send an engineer to fix the problem, free of charge.
After this initial warranty period, extended warranties can be purchased to cover your stairlift against future breakdowns.
