Disabled stairlifts – don’t take the DIY approach

A spokesman for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents said: “The implications of getting it wrong would not only be financial, there could be serious injury or even death.” The reason is that disabled stair lifts look simple, but they are complicated pieces of technology that should be entrusted only to those with the right training.
